Those who will join the 1st Big Data Machine Learning in Healthcare in Japan@TMDU: TMDU-JSICM-NUS -ANZICS-MIT Critical Data Workshops & Datathon 2018 are requested to complete the registration in advance.

*In case of oversubscription, we will select 120 according to the occupation, affiliation and/or other backgrounds. The paid fee will be reimbursed if not selected. - How to register
- ①Click the ‘REGISTER’ and complete the Registration Form.
- ②Complete the registration by remitting the registration fee by credit card.
- ③Completion notice will be received with the information of MY PAGE.
- ④In MY PAGE, you will find the QR code and the tentative receipt. Your personal data and log-in password can be changed.
- How to participate
- ①Show your QR code at the Reception Desk and receive the name card.
- ②Be sure to wear your name card during the event.

※医師を含む医療従事者60名＋研究機関、企業でデータ研究、解析に携わる方60名
※定員を超えた場合は各分野（医師、統計学者、その他）別に選考させていただきます。 - 申込方法
- ①下記「REGISTER」ボタンをクリックし、申込フォームに必要事項をご記入ください。
- ②参加費をお支払いください。お支払いはクレジットカード決済のみです。
- ③申込完了通知メールが届きます。マイページへのログイン情報も記載されております。
- ④マイページには参加の際に必要なQRコードが表示されているほか、仮領収書の発行や個人情報、ログイン用のパスワードの変更などが可能です。
- 参加方法
- ①QRコードを参加受付でご提示ください。名札をお渡しします。
- ②会議中は必ず名札をご着用ください。
- 事前準備のお願い
当日は各自WindowsもしくはMacのPCをお持ちください。
必須ではありませんが、本ワークショップの一部で使用するAnacondaについては、事前に各自のPCにインストールされることをお勧めします。インストールは簡単です。ネットワーク環境のよい状態であれば20−30分程度で完了します。ぜひ当日までにセットアップしておいてください。
