A preference questionnaire will be taken and assigned in advance. You can choose 2 hands-on workshops.
The workshops will be offered in Japanese or English, there will be no interpretation.
Participants will get the various specialized lectures and work with actual datasets and experience practical aspects of coding and creating machine learning models.

9:00 -Critical Data Workshops and Datathon 2023

Participants are encouraged to apply their newly acquired knowledge in real-time.  Collaborate with data scientists and physicians to address genuine clinical issues using big data.

If you prefer the traditional Datathon, please consult us in advance.
Whether selecting a new or traditional Datathon materials, each team will present their analysis on the final day. The Steering Committee will select and award the best three projects based on clinical relevance, novelty of the topic, methodology, and quality of presentation. Each team will be encouraged to write and present a paper based on their findings.
