REGISTRATION
Those who will join the 3rd Big Data Machine Learning in Healthcare in Japan@TMDU are requested to register in advance.
1）Registration fee
＜Physician＞30,000 JPY
＜Other professionals & student＞10,000 JPY
＜Industry staff＞50,000 JPY
2）Capacity
100 persons (50 healthcare-providers, 45 data scientists/system engineers, 5 students)
3）How to register:
Click REGISTER button below and fill in the form.
Complete the registration by remitting the registration fee by credit card.
Completion notice will be received with the information of “MY PAGE”. In MY PAGE, you will find the QR code and the Receipt of your payment. Your personal data and log-in password can be edited in MY PAGE.
4）How to participate:
①Print out and show your QR code at the Reception Desk and receive the name card.
②Be sure to wear your name card during the event.
*Please bring your own PC. Some seminars might require minimum knowledge of Google Colaboratory and Python.
5）Advanced preparation:
Minimum requirement for health-care providers
A）Minimum experience of clinical research or statistics
B）Knowledge of intensive care area and related fields, such as surgery, pediatrics, OB/GYN etc.
Minimum requirement for data scientists/system engineers/ statisticians
A）Interest in medical databases
B）Knowledge/skill of statistics/data science/SQL (if any of these)

１）参加費

＜その他（学生を含む）＞10,000円
＜企業関係者＞50,000円

100名（内訳：医療関係者50名／データサイエンティスト・SE 45名／学生５名）
３）申込方法
①下記「REGISTER（参加を申し込む）」ボタンをクリックし、申込フォームに必要事項をご入力ください。
②参加費をお支払いください（クレジット決済）。
③申込完了通知メールが届きます。マイページへのログイン情報も記載されております。
マイページには参加の際に必要なQRコードが表示されているほか、領収書の発行や個人情報、ログイン用のパスワードの変更なども可能です。
４）参加方法
①QRコードを印刷し、参加受付でご提示ください。名札をお渡しします。
②会議中は必ず名札をご着用ください。
＊当日は各自PCをご持参ください。
５）参加条件
医師、その他医療関係者
A）臨床研究および統計学の経験が最低限あること
B）集中治療領域もしくはその関連領域（外科、小児科、産婦人科など）の知識があること
データサイエンティスト・SEの方
A）医療系ビッグデータの活用に興味があること
